sr6 - actually that circle one was kind of hard =/ ..... i guessed the corect answers because i know how collegeboard thinks (mwhahahah) but i can only imagine how many people got that wrong ... so far everyone i have talked to (except CC'ers of course) omitted it or guessed the pi answer because "it looked correct" ....... dont stress, math curve will be easier this yr

yeah you guys gotta realize, only the smarter guys would bother going on this website discussing questions. so dont worry.

can anyone think of any hard math problems that were not stated in this thread thus far?

There was a sentence completion with the word "yoke" in it. What did you guys put?

exactly cool - the questions that we thought were pathetic were prob impossible for the average joe .... we will all do fine ... NOW, back to question/answer review !!

i left that yoke one blank - only one i left in the whole test.

i had absolutely no idea of what to put.

yes, Exruneer ... that was definetly the hardest SC on the test.... I am pretty sure (crosses fingers) the answer was political...partisantism (something like that) ... for me all of the others either didnt make sense or were too extreme ..... agree?? disagree??

Okay. Two Writings.

About the politician talking about segegation or something like that did you guys chose ", althought he knew it would something something something". It didnt sound right, but it seemed like the lesser of multiple evils. Also, on revising paragraphs, what word did you add to the end. Something about it was the most favorable (blank) for Americans. Did you put time of day? Weather was also a choice I believe.

I didn't put political, partisantism. I put the ones that I thought meant the same as the words following it. One was like convention I think?

Sentence completion about a girl who mistrusts people. Does anyone remember the answer?

I put time of day and yes, I put "although he knew it would...."

time of day. not weather.

vinny, i still dont know, lol, thats how baffled i was.

segregation? you mean latino author?

i forgot the question but it was about the stories w/ the latina.. both told by her mother and stuffed into her face or somethign!?

a)
b)
c)
d) oral or written
e) direct or indirect

i think i put A but i forgot what the answer was.

I am not sure about the first thing you mentioned, but for the second thing, I put time of day as well ( as he was talking about sunrise) .. it was the corret answer because later in the passages it says...although many people like the sunrise , I like sunset as my favorite "time of day" ....

Ex runner - i put convention....dissent because he uses tradition to express his radical ideas

the answer to that was ''misanthrope''

btw, what was the answer to the second last grid-in? something about the average?? I got 14 at first than went back and got 14.5 so i just put that.

is 14.5 right??

exrunner - i put time of day since weather was so stupid and anything else didn't make sense to me

oral and written language. it talked about how he read books, and also how he heard the stories of his mother and digested all of it.

AprilStar, I put oral or written. Coolsushicutter, no it was a writing question. It was a politician that spoke out against oppression...I just couldn't think of that word a few minutes ago.

For the "yoke" question I really like the choice that had the word "convention" because hte end of the sentence was "he used traditional poems or lanuage or something to spur on social changes." (paraphrase obviously) The second word of the "convention" started with a d and sounded like changes.

i put misanthropy for the one about how the girl mistrusts people.

For the one about the latina, I put D oral and written
