I suppose there is at least someone who’s taken the bio test? Anyone?
How did you feel of the difficulty of the test?
I just finished the test and thought it was generally easy, but there were some tricky questions throughout…
Yeah it was compartively easy…Which ones did you think were the hardest? I found some hard too.
first, i didn’t know what phototaxism? and photoperiodism were… and i don’t remember the exact questions but somewhere between questions 40 to 60 were some tricky questions
Phototaxism is the direct reaction to light. It can be either positive or negative. Positive meaning you move towards a light stimulus, negative means you move away from a light stimulus. Uhh yeah so my testing center got cancelled today because of the snow, so I gotta take this make-up test ughhh. Hopefully it’s the same as this one!
For example, maggots are a good example of negative phototaxism, where they move away from light when it is shone on them
Yeah… that one was hard. What was that hard experiment problem, i forgot but it was tricky too.
I can’t quite remember
can someone inbox me some questions and answers you remember?
The test was easy with just 2 or 3 tricky questions. Molecular section was bae :-h
am i only one who messed up in the molecular section?
60 questions was easy except 2 or 3…I only studied with pr.
@k4vglitcher how did you study?
Yes can someone inbox me the questions you guys remember, Im thinking about retaking the test. Thank you so much!
@k4vglitcher, yeah what book did you use?
i thought that today’s test was easy am I the only one who took ecology? why do most people take molecular?
What do you guys think the curve will be? (Relatively harsh?) I only read Campbells a few weeks ago and used PR and flashcards two days before test .
The two curves of Species I and II was predation, right?
There was like nothing on physiology… .lol… studying that for nothing!!
^ I don’t think the species curves showed predation because their populations both increased to a certain point, after which one continued growing while the other declined. I chose something like “competing in the same ecological niche”, which made sense to me because of limited resources. Search up graphs for Gause’s law of competitive exclusion
How come not many people are discussing anymore… which other questions do you guys remember?
I remember if influenza is virus bacteria or other answer choices.
I chose virus.
@cadetcollar I chose the same answer for that question!
@wodoexo I chose virus as well
for photoaxism, photosynthesis, photorespiration?, photoperiodism, and photogravitism
I messed up b/c i got confused w/ photogravitism and photoaxism… I think photoaxism is answer for two questions ( I think?)
oh and there were only few questions about organ system. what did you guys choose for
crocodile in the sun, dry climate produces _____?
I only remember urea and uric acid for answer choice.
