Hello guys. I have questions regarding the passage listed on p.g 89 of the offical SAT guide.

Solving these questions, I kept in mind that "Every answer comes from the passage. Every answer comes from the reference lines. Every answer comes from the lines below and above the lines.. Answer is in the question.. Answer is.."

And I got 2 wrong. (Epic Fail.)

Number one- "consideration" question. The reference line is 23. I looked slightly below the line and found "no better than any other .. men or women." So, after a mintue of hesitation between A and C, I picked C, and the answer was A, Leniency.. No better=no consideration. this was my conclusion.. Why is it Leniency? Is it soley because the context tells us about "leniency??"

Number ten- In order for Darrow to win the case, it would be most crucial that the jurors possess..

I picked C- Encouraging passive resistance. I hesistated between C and E, but found E to be way too extreme, since the passage itself does not talk about "Communism" at any given moment. What "supporting communist doctrine" is right?

Critical Reading is just killing me... Even I know the strategy I must follow, and even I try to be as critical as possible, I always get some questions wrong with absolutely no clue about "why this answer is right"

Please.. Help me guys. And if you can, please suggest me what kinds of practice I should do to raise my CR score..
