"The Verbal section with 3 short passages WAS NOT experimental. Every single person had this section. You either had the Quantitive Comp/Grid-Ins (the 2nd one was experimental) or the verbal section with a passage about Nixon (I'm not sure what questions it had, I just know I didn't have this section)."

Uhm, I had neither a section on Nixon nor a second quantcomp/gridin. And I had an extra verbal section.

All sections were normal in the one I took.. no difference at all.. except the 3 short passages section.. so how can u conclude that it was NOT experimental? it may be or may be not.. not all get the same experimental section right..

How would I know if its extra! I thought it was experimental but I don't know.

It had two pages with three short passages, one about chimps, another about the Spanish language, and another about a smooth traveller with a club soda.

jpsi, this is not the PSAT. 1 wrong will be 800 or 790.

franklinbrown, the chimps + spanish was NOT experimental, you said so yourself.
I can't believe i'm the only one, but did anyone have a double passage, you know with questions comparing the two, except instead of large like the last section with the hiker, it is small like the chimp passage.

experimental, i always felt, it tends to be easier and weird problems that u never could imagine to appear on the SAT.............so i guessed the mini passages is the experimental part......plus the analogies of that section was easier than the other ones.
