Wait a few days; I sent my scores way back in September but Stanford took about a week after I submitted my app to acknowledge that it had received my scores.

On another note, I’m feeling pretty ehhh about my chances of acceptance right now. Already two athletes from my school are being recruited by Stanford not to mention at least 10 other absolutely amazing classmates who are applying. Just have to hope for the best, I guess!!

reenysinghasong, I know exactly how you feel! Several people that are fantastic Applicants are applying to Stanford as their first choice REA from my school, though some of them are lacking something, like EC’s or grades, they do have something that gives them a small advantage such as Quest Bridge scholar, gymnast, Low Income, etc. It will be interesting to hear their results in december.
But, Good Luck to you! And everyone else on this thread that applied REA.

YES! I knew there’d HAVE to be someone floating around here somewhere.

I have no idea, seeing as I haven’t got the email myself. However, you can go onto Axess website (just google stanford axess) and under guest->undergrad applications you can put in your email and they will tell you what materials they have or have not processed.

Blasphemy. And everyone should care about the actual math. Even if you hate math, because tau actually makes math EASIER :D

I feel like if I harbor the hope of getting in, it’ll make me more bummed come December if bad news comes…
Last year one kid that got in from my school was named some ‘National Young Magician’ or something. And he’s brilliant…
yeah. Not feeling great about chances, but at least we all applied right? If we didn’t, we wouldn’t even have the slightest chance of getting in.

I have a question. I submitted my Oct SAT scores a couple days after scores were released but on collegeboard it said that they sent it on the 28th. Stanford hasn’t received this yet. Is it going to counsidered late or is it okay as long as I submitted it before the deadline? :s

@mochaswirl you’ll be fine. there had been a problem the first time I sent my scores, so I had to send them again on Oct. 31, and I called the admissions office and the person I spoke with said I would be fine, and that it may take a week or longer for the scores to actually be put in my file (so don’t freak out if your application status update says that the scores haven’t been received)

Can’t stop coming back to this thread and checking my common app although I really don’t want to in case I find a typo or something hahahaha…sometimes, ignorance is bliss :P

There’s nothing about account information though. It pretty much just says that they received my application and to periodically check its status via Axess.
