Official thread october sat 2013 test

I had a writing experimental. Was it the one about the life outside the planet?
@ATPUT yeah that’s what I put

oh good to know it was an experimental!

@ gnippaf for the ques about r+1 s+1 that’s what i got, there wasn’t an option that read r-1 s-1, although that would have been correct too

Do you guys remmeber the one with the music? I think unchanged the question said it and the answer might have been the participle?

@summer, what was the non-experimental passage for writing? I forgot

ATPUT yes I put that but was not 100% sure

nah the one about life on other planets was not experimental, from what i heard the carrot one is.

The writing experimental passage was about baby carrots (it was my section 2)
The real writing passage was about extraterrestrial life or something

can u predict the writing curve ??

What was the experimental math?

i think it was right… the one word answer that is

@ATPUT73 i put that

How can you guys tell which ones are experimental?

The question about A Tale of Two Cities why is it romantic… and not Mundane to extraordianry. Lots of posters have said they put mundane to extraordianry

OK so the question about the Alaska coastline was experimental?
@Lalijutab I’m pretty sure it’s romantic to dramatic
She said that the Tale was up to her romantic standards, which is a good (not a bad) thing. thus not mundane

can u predict the writing curve ??

I put Mundane
The romantic one said dramatic but when she read it it wasn’t dramatic but more poetic

Do any of you guys remember the short passage about the man waking up and going through the membrane or something?? What were the answers for both questions under it? Were the answers something about danger, and disquiet…forbearance?

@lalib I agree with @sam

Also there was a math question the first section which said which of the following functions is NOT… y=f(x) and there were five graphs. Which answer was it, I didn’t understand that question

@rheesanghwa

i said the one that had curious in the choices
