current UCB CS student here… just wanted to say good luck to all of your guys!! i remember how exactly a year ago i was freaking out and dying of stress. GOOD LUCK! Berkeley is awesome

@naregian My bf had 2 pre-reqs in progress and was missing 3 strongly recommended courses and still got into UCLA and UCSD.
@linalina11 i am a Media Studies major (awaiting my decision), and was wondering if you know how difficult it is to get into the CS program after transfer? I just want to minor in CS, and this is a huge factor in making my decision. Thanks in advance!
@Dancer581 Definitely possible! You will need to take 4 lower-div classes and any three upper-divs to get minor in CS. For the lower-div, they really try to accommodate everyone, so i would;t say its that hard to get into a particular class lower-divison class. The downside of it is 1200 people class size, but they have plenty of TAs and readers to help everyone
Currently ‘writing’ a paper on scientology for my english class… needless to say its been hard to concentrate.
