<p>I got rejected too… =(. I think it was because news is out that the the budget cuts are finalized by the state that they can’t admit more people at humanistic level… but rather an administrative error. =.</p>
<p>or it could be the fact that only 2% of appeals get admitted.</p>

<p>and there is like only 23 econs (on the profile link), so is it a good thing if there are few people in ur major or ?</p>
<p>Still haven’t heard back for Biz Econ but my status only changed yesterday and I dropped it off on Friday.</p>
<p>Mysterious88, the updates aren’t accurate. Just look at 2008 and 2007’s stats. There’s no way that there’s only 261 people that applied to Econ. Bus-Econ is the most popular major within the Econ Department.</p>

<p>No updates for me either, but I only expect to hear between 3pm-5pm pst, and if not today i doubt i’ll hear until next tuesday, which seems to be the most popular day for UCLA to post decisions.</p>

<p>Does anyone know if we were accepted on appeal if the housing deadline gets pushed back also? Im still waiting for Cal’s appeal decision and I’m afraid that if I SIR on monday it wont go through in time for me to make the 5pm housing deadline.</p>
