@HelloThereFellow last year there were hints of acceptances on OASIS but a ton of people who also got accepted didn’t have access to oasis so I’m not sure if it will be the same as last year.
I dont have access to oasis either. For those who are unable to log into oasis, is the error “invalid id/pin”??
I was wondering about those who are unable to access oasis , maybe our applications havent been looked at yet? Any theories?
@juniorwhooper101 Or they’re in the process of being looked at. I don’t have access (AFAIK?) of Oasis but I did get a request from USC to provide information on something in my application.
@Msmclagirl it’s probably going to increase exponentially as decisions come out
@HappyLifeMachine Did you write USC a letter yet? I used to send typed letters through them by mail and they would have it listed under “student correspondence”. I think your method would work a lot better than what I used to do.
@zettasyntax Yeah, I just uploaded a pdf I made. I’m not sure if someone has reviewed it yet or not though. I still have a message on YouSC for the request of information and I’m not sure if that disappears once they’ve seen the pdf or not.
Oh wow, check YouSC guys. There’s a message that it’ll be down tomorrow at 4:30.
“youSC is scheduled for maintenance Friday, April 17, 2015, from 4:30am to 6am. Services may be affected during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.”
Does anyone know if completing additional required forms pertaining to tax info would affect the speed for a decision or does this financial type of info not really have anything to do with usc making a decision based on your application?
i was thinking the same things, the previous years threads are so entertaining lol
URGENT!
I am looking for help/suggestion.
Couple months ago, I uploaded the college transcript by PDF to you.usc.edu because of its one of their required documents. Recently, I just noticed that on the transcript was only indicates I am currently taking English 1 only, but in fact, I am taking English 1 and 2 altogether. I am not sure why this happened, and I can’t find a way to re-upload the transcript to the system again. What would you guys recommend me to do? I contacted their admission office already via Contact Form on their website, but haven’t heard anything back yet.
@TitusWe You should actually call the admissions office, e-mail your territory manager tell her specifically what happened and also make sure to resend an official transcript as well. Something similar to this happened to me as well.
Just wondering. People who applied to Marshall, what’s your GPA?
@MichaelTn I applied with a 3.9 though I dont know what which courses I took are transferrable because I’m applying from out of state.
Hey guys! Wait so, being able to log into OASIS doesn’t indicate that you’ve been accepted (or considered for spring grade request)? Also, if we’re able to log into OASIS I’m assuming that means our application has already been reviewed?
If I’m applying to transfer to USC from SMU as a current Freshman, how many of my courses would transfer over? So far, I’ve gotten the English/writing Pre-Reqs done and have gotten through Micro and Macro Econ and Statistics. I also transferred over my AP Calc BC Test Score (5) to get the Calculus Pre-req out.
Also, anyone else here on the Trojan Transfer Plan?
If I recall correctly, USC Marshall prefer transfer student to take micro/macro economics at USC, as opposed to a CC or other 4-year.
I’m a currently applying to USC with a 4.0 gpa, solid LORs, and an interesting background, so the next six weeks will be interesting.
How likely is it for someone with 60 units to get SGR’d?
It’s annoying that USC representatives answer for all questions with generic answers.
Hoping someone can give me an answer here. USC sent me a message on YouSC to provide more information about something, so I did and uploaded a pdf to my application on YouSC. However, I still have a “current message” that is asking for the info. Will this “current message” go away once they’ve seen it or should I just assume that they’ve got it (I see that it’s listed in my application documents section)?
