@LostAndAnnoyed It’s probably because USC releases transfer decisions so late and if you get an SGR you might hear back from USC as late as mid-July, especially if your semester/quarter ends late June.

@megamegss I am an Art major, junior transfer. I have a 3.75, 85 units, 79 transferable. I am studying graphic design. I was also accepted to UCLA DMA.
I also have worked as a photographer and design through two years of college so far. I have two internships right now and design companies.
@HappyLifeMachine Oh okay! But is that the actual SGR/WGR? Or am I supposed to receive some other form of notification? I wasn’t sure if USC wanted this from everyone (as sort of an update).
@FragrantGreenTea You should have received a notification in your YouSC portal under “Check my Application Status” or something like that. There would be a notification like “Missing USC Materials”. If you click it, it downloads a pdf stating which term you’re missing for grades.
I don’t think it should be different for you, but that’s how mine was.
@keepdreamin1023 a handful of applicants from Marshall have heard back both sophmores and juniors and I believe a few SGRs just look through the thread!
@AlexNeeeeewin Oh okay, yeah I got that message. Thanks! I thought it was like Update mandated for all transfers. Darn. So I guess we won’t hear back until June/July? Totally having a hard time since I got into UCLA but I want to come to USC more haha.
