I’m wondering the same thing as @SamanthaAva. If we aren’t being considered for these scholarships, are we still in the running for Dean’s scholarships?
I have a question… If my D applied to one college within USC for 1st and 2nd choice majors, and has been thinking about changing the 2nd choice major to something in Dornsife, does anyone know if that is even possible at this point?
I just got the email saying I’m just being pushed to March/April for my decision. Hoping it’s good news then…
Does anyone know if those who got the Dean scholarship get notified now or later because in the email, it only talked about Presidential, Mork, etc.
Hey everyone, so realistically I never expected to attend USC because of the cost (I’m by no means “poor”, but I’m also not anywhere near wealthy enough to pay for a school like USC) and I never expected to be considered for any scholarships, but I received my acceptance yesterday with a notification that I am a Trustee full tuition scholarship finalist… I was shocked but so excited to see this because USC is an amazing school and I had always wanted to go there. Now I am taking it a lot more seriously as an option for next year (obviously). I am definitely not well informed on what happens next though. I know there is an interview in February and about 350 other students are interviewing for it, but how many students actually get it? and do they let you know before you leave if you got it or later on in March? Any additional information would also be appreciated. Thanks. Fight on!
@11Premed11 Congrats! I wish I were in your shoes hahaha! Last year only 120 students were given the Trustee. They notify you about whether you or not you received the scholarship in late March/ early April if it follows precedent. Good luck!!! and Congrats again!
