@highschoolhate for an OOS candidate, your stats are on the fringe. That is just an opinion but I wish everyone here the best of luck with their appeals.

Just FYI on wait list. According to UT’s Common data sheet, around 380 kids were offered the wait list in the last admissions cycle, about 275 accepted and 5 came off.

@Doisko if you go to your mystatus page, there’s a button on the right called “documents” and it has a list of all your documents and when they received them

33 ACT one sitting, 11 AP courses, 4 year varsity athlete, great (subjective) extracurriculars, essays, internship, and a double legacy. My school doesn’t rank.
Rejected.
(Out of state for reference.)

I was honestly surprised on this one.

Bump

I moved into the top 7.5%
45/595
As of January 12th can this help me also. Does this put in into auto admission or is it top 7% exactly and lower. Or does 7.5 count as top 7%

@135pipe sorry that’s not auto. I applied with top 7.7% then moved up to 6.9% (44/631) and admission says it doesn’t count. CAP’d

If you appeal moving up to 6.9% will help your case trust me

That’s what a admission counselor at ut said.

Anyone know how long ut takes to know about appeal. Counselor said 21 days after you submit it but I am so confused. It said they give you 20 days to send supporting documents then they will start to look over it. But the 21 days thing so I am so confused

Bump

Bump
