<p>surfwakesnow165, that’s my main thing, too. The thing making me hesitant about UNC is that it is pretty far from home. UVA is much closer (actually the closest to home of all the schools I applied to).</p>

<p>I’m soooo happy! I can’t believe it. Three weeks ago I was wait listed to JMU so I thought I’d be flat out rejected from UVa. Congrats everyone! I’m hoping to meet a lot of you there.

<p>I hope that there is some sort of admitted students day! I only have 2 weeks to make a decision between UVA, William and Mary, and UNC!</p>

<p>surfwakesnow and hopefultransfer, this is so odd: i got into both unc and uva as well! i never saw it coming as my sat scores are quite mediocre (1200/1600 and 1900/2400) and I am only a freshman right now. I have noooo idea what i’m going to do either (i’m also considering wisconsin)!</p>

<p>Yeah I got rejected by uva when I applied last year (not as a transfer) and would have never gotten into unc either. Its crazy that I got into these great schools. Im really leaning toward uva at this point tho!</p>

SAT Math: 690
SAT Writing: 710

HS GPA: 3.8</p>

<p>I got in as well! Congrats to everyone else that got in. Still not 100% sure if I am going though. Ive made a lot good friends at my current school, but I would be saving a ton of money by going to UVA. Its gonna be a tough decision.</p>
