<p>well, I'm not instate, but I have instate residency. my dad is in the military, and is stationed there.</p>
<p>but, well, no, I haven't visited. are the dorms that bad?</p>
<p>Wacaves- To be honest, the dorms aren't bad. I say that they are ok. Average size for a large state school. I just have a grudge against them because I've seen great dorms. I did summer programs at Princeton and Stanford and the dorm I had at Princeton was awesome. There were 2 doubles and in between them was a common room. the actual double was about twice the size of my bedroom and the common room was a little larger than my living room... some UW dorms have that structure, but just not as big.</p>
<p>so, what school are you applying to? eh, I just mean what do you intend to major in?</p>

<p>probably the arts school, although I don't know how to apply to it. I'm so lost.. I dont' get how these big universities work. s hould I have specified that that was what I wanted to do? agh.</p>
<p>well on your application you had to put down an intended major right? so on mine I put poli sci, and on my website under unoffical transcript it says college of arts and science, pre social science major... soo I think once you are accepted it will all work out. when you say arts school do you mean liberal arts or performing arts</p>

<p>and I put undecided, because I was just way confused about it all, so I just put undecided. that online app was perfect, except for the major part. that just confused me.</p>
<p>photography... awesome!! Seattle is a great city, not to mention the university itself is so damn gorgeous. I would like to take some photography classes just so I could explore the city :)</p>
<p>So why are you choosing to go to UW?</p>
<p>I just love Washington.. and Seattle. and UWashington was suggested by my closest friends, so.. yeah.</p>

<p>falconpower1: please only be flattered! so sorry if anything i wrote suggested anything else.this is yr time 2 celebrate. i, however, am freaked becuz this weekend i got a lot of talent and merit aid from safety schools i have stupidly fallen somewhat out of love with. the aid is amazing. but i prefer the uw. and that may be very perverse of me. and i am aggitated. i am pi**ed at myself for not cherishing what i got. i am from cali. where else could a person get so warped? my references above were to usc known around here as the univ of spoiled children. i'm not a fan.</p>

<p>I'm in!!! :) As of 02/02/06, I am in! Checked via unofficial transcript and it stated "Admitted for Autumn 2006"!!! I'm soo happy, my application was in the full review process since Dec 16, 2005!!!!</p>
