I literally created an account on here just because of my nervousness for Villanova lol. Got deferred from BC GEORGETOWN and Northeastern. No rejections but no acceptances. Getting really disheartened. Really would be amazing to get into Nova Business
I just logged in to check my portal on my phone, and I noticed a section on the bottom titled “Financial Assistance” with a couple sentences about it underneath. Is this new or have I just never noticed it before?

Financial Aid Awards will be available for viewing on April 1, 2017. Award notices will be mailed the first week of April 2017.
Villanova University’s deadline for need-based financial assistance for the 2017-2018 academic year is January 15, 2017. Students will need to complete the 2017-2018 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and 2017-2018 CSS Profile. Additionally, families must submit copies of both student and parent 2015 US Federal Tax Returns and W-2 forms to IDOC.

The financial aid message is new. Also, it should not be assumed that the site will crash, they may be putting up messages in pieces (first financial aid, then decisions) in an attempt to NOT crash the site. However, I do believe decisions will be put up later today to coincide with the office closure for the holidays.
How do you submit forms through IDOC?
