^
no need to P1 pmb13 unless urs is the absolutely last day of p1

So is either Econ 1 or Math 53 safe to Phase 1?

When’s the last day of P1?

What to phase I?

Chem 3a/al
Math 54
E 7
Physics 7b

Physics 7B and Chem 3a

which one to Phase I between MCB 102 & 104?

Which one between EE20, CS61BL, Math H53?

I really doubt a whole lot of people would Phase I Math H53, if at all.

What should I phase 1 out of:

CS61C
EE20N
EE40

I’m fairly certain I want to phase 1 61C (I phase 2’d 61A and got into a 6:30 Lab), on the other hand I could probably get an ideal schedule by doing both EE classes in phase 1, then taking a late night 61C lab/disc, then I wouldn’t have friday classes.

Do you think that either of the EE’s will be fairly full (like will any of the lab/discs be full, or just mostly full) by the time phase 2 comes?

Thank you very much.

Ahh thanks for the wonderful suggestions you guys :)

But now I’m thinking I might just take Chem 1A, Math 1B, Philosophy 25B, and Political Science 4 (or should I take Political Science 2 with Fish?)

Is that too heavy a course load do you think? I’m starting to lean more towards Philosophy/Rhetoric than Political Science… I like to think a lot, heh.

So is it just advisable to just Phase I Chem 1A and Math 1B and Phase II Philosophy and Political Science?

Thanks so much :)

EE40 vs CS61a. Which one to phase 1? I have a fairly early telebears. Phase 2 Nov 22.

I’m a Spring Admit who isn’t able to attend CalSO on the 30th, so I will be receiving my AC to do Phase 1 late. So I really have no idea which should have priority over what

English R001B
Philos 012A
Pol Sci 001
Spanish 002
Math 032

I don’t know about PS4 but I took PS2 with Fish and it was AMAZING. He is one of the best professors I’ve had at Cal, and while the class is not easy, it’s really engaging.

This was asked earlier, but I’m wondering how fast PubPol C103 with Reich fills up. I know that class is extremely popular (for good reason), but it does have 632 seats (210 filled as of this posting). I’m choosing between phase 1-ing that or English 45C (which I need for my major, but doesn’t fill up TOO quick that I’m aware of) along with Spanish 25. What do people think? Should I take the chance that 45C or PP C103 won’t fill up by my Phase 2 (December 1)?

I want to get into these classes this upcoming semester:
Physics 7B
Math 54
EE 20N

Which should I pick in Phase I?

Physics 7B and EE20 if you want a specific lab, but EE20 doesn’t look to full just yet since Babak’s taking paternity leave this semester.

Help a freshman? :)

What to phase 1?

Chem 1A (its necessary for me that i get the afternoon class)
Eng 45C

possibly:
Sociology 1 or Psych 1
French 3
possibly one of two freshman seminars?

ALSO- probably stupid question- but if you sign up for chem phase 1 do you pick your lab time at the same time? sorry… spring admit thats never done this before

I am think of being a MCB and a psych major

Chem 3A and 3AL (MCB pre re.)
Sociology 3AC (psychology major pre-re, only 130 seats and only 50 are left AHH)
Math 1B (needed for MCB, may need specific time)
French 1 (language class, need specific time, really really want to take it!!)

In other words, between chem 1a, eng 45C and soc 1 which two are best to phase one?

Is it feasible to Phase II Math 1B, or would that be a bad idea?
