well,
time to pray.

Who is ready for the longest two and a half weeks of 2009?

yes…I hope we all get head

from yale

rose head

I hope I get in. The diversity of Yale is so appealing! It’s like a gobstopper with everlasting flavors! Hmm, perhaps I should’ve written that on my essay? Nahhhhh

laxman8907,

Do you think you will be able to handle it?

Stuartduwal…I have been ready for too long lol

Fellow dreamers, I propose to follow in the footsteps of the young class of 2013 and do a countdown. But this will be more than just a countdown, it is also trying to make this next few weeks less torturous So lets know each other as much as this little computer between us lets us. So without further ado…

14 days, 17 hours and 23 mins till all our dreams come true {you know a la Walt Disney }

Question to you all, Who here thinks slumdog millionare is the bomb, and right now who here realizes that we are Jamal Malik in front of the the 20 million rupees question: Who will get in to Yale?

a. You c. The person above your post
B. ME d. All of us (What!? I can write that :P)

Hey guys, how about what u intend to do,say if u dont get in?(still hoping u will by the way)i have heard really crazy stories b4…

Sez,

I’ve always had my eyes on authentic champagne (the ones actually from France) for a while but had to settle for sprinkled wine (basically the same thing, but A LOT cheaper) and other cheap variety of wines ($15 maxium per bottle). But if I get into yale, I think I’m gonna get the best champagne I could get from the store.

if i get into yale i’m gonna chug a bottle of champagne, real classy style…

hey dirty chicago, did u apply all the ivies…

The worst scenario occurs… Yale: “Sorry, we’re not accepting transfer students this year, thanks for your money though”

A bottle of Cristal.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cristal_(champagne)

jedimasterham,

Reminds me of last year when some school in boston suddenly cancelled all tranfer applications AFTER we submitted them.

At least you got your money refunded. Right?

!! Well that would suck horribly… I’d be mad.

Hey, are you from Korea??

gobackto: it doesn’t matter where i applied :)

So Yale says “Mid-May to June”, anybody have an idea when they released transfer decisions last year?

The decisions were released on May 13 last year. Exactly 2 weeks from today.

and last year the had an extended dealine. So I assume that affected somehow. Either way the chances are pretty safe that it will be the second week of May.
