<p>Just because there are not people there answering the phones does not mean that there are not people there working on your applications. Think about all of the appeal they had and it’s actually pretty nice of them that they let you know they would have them done by today. I don’t feel like it should be considered incompetency though, I’m sure once they know they will let you know.</p>
<p>I can definitely understand you guys being anxious, but you guys should give them just a little bit longer. I really do hope y’all know by midnight tonight.</p>

<p>just curious though, if you were already set on going to another school then why did you make an appeal to davis? it seems that if you cared enough to appeal, that it would be your first choice school?</p>
<p>but seriously this is ridiculous, its almost 7pm and still nothing. I’ll go to Davis if my appeal is successful and Berk doesnt work, but they should really be more diligent. At least theyre not as bad as San Diego with that now infamous email (that I got too…)</p>

<p>so for those of you that are deciding between UCI & UCD…which one do you think you’ll choose?</p>
<p>I called UCD today, and I asked why they didn’t have my decisions up yet. The lady told me cause only some where given today… and the majority will be tomorrow. I doubt they’re going to be up at 12:00am, so don’t stay up.
I turned in my SIR to UCI… I really didn’t want to go there, cause it doesn’t have the major that I want… 
but it’s not a bad school…
I asked the UCI admissions and the person told me that I could submit my SIR but I could revoke it if I get into another school with my appeal. But, by revoking, I wouldn’t be able to get my $100 back (for submitting my SIR).</p>
<p>I really hope that today is not the day where everyone who got in UCD gets the notification and everyone who got denied gets it tomorrow-- kinda thing…</p>
