Oh god, the movie saw

I just watched Saw, and I am severly sketched out. By far the scariest movie I have ever seen. ANd I am left in no doubt that there will be a sequel.

shiver

It’s times like these when I am very glad I have a nightlight.

awesome, i will get that movie to watch! but, quick question... is it in theaters or on DVD? because i've never heard of it.

I watched Silence of the Lambs last night. By myself. With the lights off. hahaha

It was pretty creepy! If you haven't watched it yet, definitely do.

i heard that is was more gory than scary. This is the one where the people have to kill themselves/eachother right?

I just saw A Clockwork Orange. dear god

omg "saw" was definently one of the scariest movies i have ever seen. it was just so creepy and some of those images just stay in your mind. I love a scary movie that keeps you scared for hours after and actually make you think also. great movie!!!!

To this day, the original Japanese "The Ring" remains at the top of my scary movie list. The setting was too... ordinary; too commonplace. Like it was an extension of your own life. shudders

Gah, the American Ring was bad enoough! Definitely will have to watch the Japanese one.

Saw is gory, but it's pretty freaky too. Well, I was damn scared, and so were the two other people watching it with me.

Leigh, you watched Ringu? I thought both were scary. Saw is too gory, I prefer the intellectual type of scary movie more lol. I watched Gothika yesterday, but it wasn't that great.

no....Saw was incredible. Very well done.

Acting was horrible...the story of Saw was pretty good, but the acting obscured it. I didn't think it was scary though.

The scariest movie that I've ever seen is The Exorcist I. One day, when I was 7, everyone left the house. My cousin and I watched it together.

Yeah, Excorcist is definetely the scariest movie I've seen, with the Poltergeist coming in nearby

I haven't seen either of those. I wanted to see it on Halloween, but the video store didn't have it.

Saw kind of reminded me of Seven. I think Seven was better though. Not as scary, but more thought-provoking.

saw 2 will be out in fall

Yeah, thethoughtprocess, I watched Ringu/the original one. They definitely messed with your mind. I was a horror movie buff till that one came along... good grief it took 3 months to be able to look at the tv in my room without a chill.

the ring 2 was the worst movie ever; I wasn't phased by the 1st ring at all either

A Clockwork Orange was effing awesome, in both forms
