OH/KY/WV schools?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm transferring back to the Ohio area from Virginia Tech. I was wondering if anyone applying for next fall visited the following schools and could comment on any impressions, criticisms, etc.</p>

<p>U of Cincinnati
U of Louisville
West Virginia University</p>

<p>I applied to Ohio State but I don't like the campus, size and many other stuff about the univresity. I like the sizes of Cinci, Louisville, WVU as they are slightly smaller than Tech is but I don't know much about these 3 schools. Thanks!</p>

<p>U of Cincy is quite different from VT; very urban setting, a lot of new buildings. A high per centage of students commute.</p>

<p>If you did not like Tech you won't like WV. Cinci and UL are similar urban commuter schools with Cinci being better overall.</p>

<p>CrazyAndy: How about Ohio University and the Univeristy of Dayton? I agree with the posters above who say that WVU, Tech, and Ohio State share many characteristics. I have heard good things about both Dayton and OU. Good luck with your transfer.</p>
