Help!!! I need to hear from people who know about either or both programs. WSU is offering great scholarships and is closer, OU is not offering much but seems to have a great rep and wonderful dance department. Any thoughts?

I sent you a PM

Sent a pm :)

i would really like to hear what people think about these programs :-(

My D is an 04 OU grad. She's currently on a national tour. She had a great experience at OU, still close with a lot of the faculty and former students. There's a good-sized group of OU alum living and working in theatre (and touring) in NYC. (their webpage re graduates is terribly out of date)
pm me if you have any specific questions.

My d is an MT student at Wright State. They also have several graduates that are or have been performing on national tours. My d is thriving at Wright State. You will probably become engrossed in and happy at which ever program you choose. I can only comment on our experience at WSU for you - I pm'd you.

You_yesxyoui, I hope I got your name right! I already PMed momma4drama about OU with details. My daughter is a sophomore there in MT and LOVES it. It's a fabulous program, strong in all 3 areas.

We know happy students at both of these programs and have met talented alumni. I recommend that you visit each school again to see which feels like home.

My son also found it helpful to look at the course offerings and requirements at each of his accepted schools. They can vary widely from one school to another.

My son did not audition for either program you are asking about.
