Online grocery delivery to Cornell

Yesterday my D asked for care package to be sent to her. She loves fruits and snack bars, so I thought I would send her a fruit basket, but most of them cost ~$50(before shipping cost) for a few peaches and plums. I then did some research and found this website. This company only services Syracuse U and Cornell U. I ordered her some fresh fruits, water, cookies, laundry stuff, cereals, milk, popcorn, etc. They will deliver Mon afternoon for free and she will need to be there. This is our first time doing it. Has anyone used this service before? The way I see it is it's more economical than for us to ship care packages to her, and it beats having her carry cases of water up to her room.

I've never used it either but I was also wondering about it for weekends I can't make it to a grocery store.. let me know how it goes for your daughter!

My D just received her grocery. They said it would be between 5-6pm for delivery, they showed up at 5:30. They charge $3.5 for handling, but waive the fee if it's over $75. She said the fruit looked fresh. You could use your credit card, or you could come up with your shopping cart and send it to your parents to get it paid. I also compared their prices with other online sites and the prices seem comparable. I difinitely will do this instead of sending care packages for her.

oh great! I will definitely use it when needed
