I received a call from the congresswoman that Im in, but my online status hasnt changed yet. Is this a cause for concern? Im a little worried that I might have actually heard wrong…

No reason to worry. Its usually 1-2 weeks before anything is reflected on the website. My counselor actually told me they do that on purpose so that people do not find out too soon from the website, when they are supposed to find out somewhere else.

IE, they dont want a person to see they got an appointment by logging onto their website when their congressperson wanted to call them.

Mine hasn't changed either and I was told that I should be getting mine sometime this week, too. The only thing that has really changed is the Nomination part of the status. It still says Letter of Assurance, though. I wouldn't be worried about it.

Took me a month for my page to change to appointment after I knew of my nomination and LOA. Don't worry...things on there just take time.

Ehh.. okay is it normal for your status to go from Letter of Assurance to "Complete?" That's a bit ODD.

Yes, that's normal. The next status change should be to "Appointment Offered".

I'm starting to get worried again about my Nomination status. I haven't even officially heard from my congressman that I've actually recieved the nomination (though at the interview they told me that I would get it, and I also called a few weeks ago and they told me I should be hearing very soon but that I did get it). Isn't the deadline for these things to be reported January 31st? I hate being like the last person to officially get my nomination. My interview was in early December, I wonder what the heck is taking them so dang long. What would happen if they were late in reporting their nominations to the Academy?

Don't worry man, I got mine in writing on Dec. 24th but it still hasn't showed up on the website. I don't think my congressman has submitted mine to the Academy yet.

Man...am i the ONLY one without an LOA, appointment or conditional appointment?

Nope, I got nothing also.
