<p>Hey guys, I'm wondering what Financial Aid might look like for a high GPA out-of-state transfer from Maryland (Not Garrett county). By the time of application, I'll have enough credits to avoid needing to send High School Transcript and SAT scores. My EFC will be zero as well, or close to it.</p>

<p>I don’t really know but they seem pretty lenient on giving scholarships away especially if you have a decent gpa so that should bring the cost down there are certain levels of the scholarship as well. I get full financial aid and I was one of the biggest slackers in high school haha which WVU will make sure you change or you will flunk out.</p>
