It says on the site that someone would need to have taken their ACT by December of their senior year to have their scores qualify. Has anyone taken the ACT after December?
Some students do/will take the ACT after December, but those scores will not be used by UA to qualify for scholarships. They are very clear on this. What is your question about specifically - will you have difficulty taking the exam <December, or what is it that prompts your question?
