OOS Transfer chances. Please HELP!

Hey everyone. New to the forum. Be gentle

Anyways, I am a sophomore at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Transfered here after doing a year and a half at a community college in Arizona.

My GPA is 4.0, I'm involved in International Business club, have previous business experience (started a business to compete with a previous employer, but it didn't work out), and am very involved in music...especially in high school. I've also fulfilled all of their pre-requisites EXCEPT the foreign language and STAT class w/Calculus (my schools don't offer it).

What exactly does Wharton look for in transfers from out of state? I am a fantastic writer and will do well on the essays, my teachers will write great recommendation, I have the grades...so what else does it take?

I applied to Wharton a year ago (and was rejected), but I've really matured and changed since then. I was hoping I would have a shot this time.

My high school GPA was a 3.75-3.8 or something. My college GPA is a 4.0.
SAT's were good, not great. I took them about 2 years ago, though.

I am really freaking out, I just need ANY advice I can get. What do I need to do/redo to stand a chance of admissions?

Thanks so much!

-ps-I apologize in advance for any grammar/prose errors. I'm frazzled.

Bump. Anyone have some advice?

Why does it matter if you are OOS?

I’m also applying to the University of Virginia’s McIntire program and it matters to them, so I thought I would include it just in case.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
