I have a question for anyone who has already visited....I'm coming from MD and I am unable to make the April 15 Open House. My parents and I definitely want to see the campus before I decide about anything, so we have already booked our flights to stay in Montreal Saturday night through Tuesday morning. We figured then we could get a feel of the city on the weekend and also of McGill on Monday. I'm wondering if there are tours available on days besides the open house. I want to see a residence, go to a class, take a tour, and have all my and my parents' questions answered. Also, can you stay overnight?

Should I just call the admissions office and ask to coordinate all this? Thoughts?

the Welcome Center in Burnside Hall gives tours every week day throughout the morning and afternoon, just drop in.

If you want to see upper residences, just go up to BMH (the round building) and talk to the person in the residence desk. They'll phone a porter who can show you around. If you want to see RVC e-mail me, I can show you around. New rez gives tours, i have the phone number, I can get it for ya later.

will they give tours of residences at the end of May or early June? I really can't afford to skip school to come to Montreal anytime this month.

oh yeah, if you want a general tour/someone to talk with about McGill, montreal, residences, etc, feel free to e-mail me too.

residences tours are given during the summer.
