Hey guys! You all are probably going to laugh so hard at my poor stats but it’s okay I have good self esteem. Okay so I want to transfer to brown I am a native of RI and I want to work a lot on social justice at brown and do research in South Africa. Here are my stats and I want to know if I sound ■■■■■■■ crazy for applying.

College gpa: 3.7/4
Hs GPA: 3.4/4

Recommendations: super good because I was super close to the professors

Resume:
In hs: track, Xc, orchestra, chamber, best buddies,

College: debate, political activism, political program for youth empowerment, worked with state reps, also orchestra!

There’s more stuff that I can’t fill in this space but good luck to everyone!!! I think I have a good reason for applying but who knows these days!!!

Also, I’m LGBTQ, first generation, and grew up poor. I don’t want these things to define me but I certainly think I should put things in context.
