<p>I want to submit a novel I wrote and won an award for. The problem is the novel is over 100 pages and I didn't attend any programs/studied it so I don't know how I would fill the extra resume. I just write as a hobby and plan on double majoring in creative writing along with sciences. I am very confident in the quality of the work but I'm not sure if I should submit it?... especially since its 100+ pages.. should I just submit an excerpt?</p>
<p>Submit the excerpt. They will not have time to read that many pages, regardless of how amazing you are (and I don’t mean that in a bad way; just think of how many applications they have to read) and it will make a much stronger impression in a few pages.</p>
