<p>no, how will they know?? of course u can use it... they even have an option to use an essay that you really like that u wrote already as long as u explain why it represents u well.. thats wut i did lol</p>
<p>With those stats, you have no reason to worry. Reuse the essay. They'll never know.</p>
<p>I used my Common App essay for the option to use another schools' essay and I got a likely letter for EA (OOS too), so I don't think it's a problem at all. Good luck!</p>
<p>i asked a unc admissions rep that exact same question, and he said "hahaha everyone ALWAYS asks us that! the answer is no, it wont work against you at all. we offer the option of sending in essays you wrote to other schools in order to create more diversity in the essays."</p>

<p>Agreed, I think a lot of people here get overly worried about their admission chances. In state, over 1800 is resonable.</p>
