It is hard to make a guess for admissions for any review applicant because no one on this forum can see your application file nor knows the algorithems A&M uses to establish the projected GPA you would earn by using your class rank and test scores. That makes up 50% of your admissions decision. Then they take everything else for the other half and it then depends on where you fall on the graph, so to speak.

That said, to assure admissions, I would advise you to do some SAT prep and shoot for a 1360 with sub-scores of 660ERBW and 620 math so that you would become an academic admit and guaranteed admission to your major (except engineering).

If you do gain admittance, have the talk with the folks of how you will pay for out of state college. A&M will not be offering you merit money and the out of state tuition waiver requires $4000 university awarded scholarships and are limited as to number allowed, by the state of Texas. https://scholarships.tamu.edu/Non-Resident-Tuition-Waiver
