Out of state student hoping to get in

I live in MASS but i am in love with fsu. I would do nearly anything to get into this school. My grades aren't great (B average i believe) but I plan on having an A- to A by junior year. I am currently a sophomore. I am however very talented music wise. I play most brass instruments (trumpet, trombone, Baritone Horn, Euphonium, and Tuba), piano, guitar, and bass. I am also good at music theory. I am in marching band, concert band, and jazz band. I hear that FSU is big into music, so being a talented musician is a plus. Is this true? Could I get a scholarship for that?

Also, I take marching band, so I don't have to take gym. Should I take gym, or music theory? or a business class? Honestly, I plan on majoring in a science major (biomedical engineering possibly), so I don't know whether this would even help. Opinions anybody? Thanks!
