The easy to get in-state tuition is one of the reasons why Missouri is a popular destination for Chicago area kids. Given that Wisconsin-Madison and Minnesota-Twin Cities are drastically increasing OOS costs, I would think Mizzou will become more popular once the fallout from the protests dies off.
