bump..anyone else?

What do you guys think of the following schools, how they suit me, and my chances:

Emerson
Marist
Siena
Skidmore
Smith
Union
U of Rochester

Skidmore and Smith would be a reach. Check out Rhodes.

Rhodes is nice I just don't know about the whole TN thing...how much of a reach do you think it would be and out of the schools I listed, which would you honestly go with?

I know people who go to Rhodes that had the same feeling as you do about TN..They love it and I've heard Sewanee is greta ,too. TN can't be that bad..Vanderbilt is there as well.
Frankly, I think your new list is digging too far down, with the exception of Skidmore and SMith. If you're still looking for a city, neither of them would work and it might be a waste of $$ applying. I still like Denison, Loyola in CHicago and Fordham.

Yeah, I realllly don't want to apply to any more colleges. So honest opinion chances on

Denison - applied
Loyola
Fordham - applied

Denison and Loyalo = Accepted
Fordham = 50/50 but if you get in--hey, it's NYC!

Thanks, you've def been my number one help on here.

Good luck and f/u in the spring..would love to know how you make out!

M.ight want to look at Holy Cross-near Boston. HC is a top 30 LAC that is SAT optional. Holy Cross-Jan15th application's are due.

HC is a good school but Worcester is very depressing..and getting to Boston from there, unless you have a car, is not easy. HC has gotten very competitive among Catholic colleges, but an application coming from Ohio might make a difference since HC is still very regional in its draw.
