Is Oxford a good dorm? What is it like?

what i’ve gathered so far:

it’s “far” from other dorms on central campus (but about a 10-15 min walk to the diag which is about the same as the dorms on the hill and way better than the 5-10 minute bus ride from north)

has it’s own bus stop right in front of the dorm for late nights or if you just choose to take the bus

it’s “small” in comparison to other dorms (325ish people as opposed to 1000+ but the rooms for quads are supposedly pretty big)

it’s near some frats & sororities so it’s not a big deal to walk to a party and then just walk home

location wise it’s pretty low-key so it’s easier to get away with more

8 houses ranging from 25-75 people

food situation isn’t ideal. there’s not like a real cafeteria but a “cafe” but you can always eat elsewhere

3/4 of a mile from the hill dorms & Mojo food

right by the arboretum so there’s a beautiful park/nature area in your backyard

has a mini-gym

some quads and triples have their own kitchens/bathrooms

idk if there’s a library/study area nearby

has basketball courts & a bbq grill area

supposedly there’s a really nice sense of community among the people in oxford because everyone’s kind of isolated from everyone else & once again it’s a smaller number of people

that’s what i’ve come up with so far information wise.

I’d rather live in Baits

^^Those are about my impressions as well. I actually tried to move there last year but I was only willing to move into a single so I wasn’t able to get a room.
