<p>I may be the only one to not have known this. In reviewing my (freshman) son's first bill, I saw parking charges (total $150). I called and was told that if he doesn't need parking, to apply for a waiver, which I then did. I thought it was weird to auto charge something.</p>
<p>Don't need to pay $300/year if not needed. Glad I combed through the bill.</p>
