<p>i'm going to drive around rutgers in the fall and was wondering around when the parking permits will become available? i'll be a col ave. on-campus resident</p>

<p>i'd like to early since i hear the permits run out quickly, right?</p>

<p>Also keep in mind that if you plan to have your car in the Fall, you must have it for the Spring semester as well since you will be paying for a year’s worth.</p>

<p>But yeah, I hear that parking for College Avenue is limited, obviously since it’s very busy.</p>
