<p>Hello all, recently on my UC apps I checked the box that stated I will complete my IGETC when I transfer. But it seems more likely that I won't be able to finish the IGETC and will be missing a biological science course. If this is the case, I'll need to change it to state partial IGETC certification. Should I call the UC's now to explain that I won't finish my IGETC, or should I wait until later when my transcripts and IGETC certification are sent to the UC's? What do I need to do?</p>

<p>lol was hoping as a fellow PCC student you could be more specific. I heard that you can edit the “Will you finish IGETC” option when the UC sends out the application update form. Do you know if this is true?</p>
<p>I’m not 100% sure but yes you can around January when you update your fall grades. If you don’t feel like waiting Call the admissions office at (858) 534-4831, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to explain the issue and see what else you need to do to correct the records. Also keep note some uc’s don’t accept igetc for certain majors just saying.</p>
