Having recently submitted my early action applications for fall of 2019, the waiting game now begins… I know that it will be extremely difficult for me to pass the time while waiting for results from various colleges. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how I should approach the next few months so I don’t drive myself crazy refreshing my applicant portals every two hours.
Well, one drastic but effective measure is to have one of your parents change the password and not give it to you until you have an email saying that you have a decision coming.
You’ve just finished, so it’s all still fresh in your mind. You will soon get into a rhythm of passing time. Then, before you know it, results will come out. Focus on keeping your grades up. Don’t allow the mythical disease senioritis to strike you. And take some time to relax and have fun. It’s your senior year so enjoy it.
Enjoy the heck out of your senior yr. Go to football and basketball games. Get a part time job. Go to all the dances and activities. Stay current with your work.
Great advice. I suppose i’ll move on and start focusing on my classes/enjoying senior year. Also seems like a great time to finish my pilot license requirements. Thank you
