Pen on SAT Essay !

<p>So stupid me used a pen on the essay and got a 0
It was more Revolution preps fault because i used a pen on all their essays and are teacher claimed "we use the same exact scanner as on the real sat" so didnt even think twice about using a pencil</p>

<p>anyway, is there anyway i could have my essay graded by hand , im willing to pay any fees</p>

<p>My dad called up collegeboard and the people said that i cant have it rechecked , but they don't really seem to know what their talking about.</p>

<p>( when i first called about my 0, the college board guy said that he read the comments and that my essay was off-topic, which was a complete lie )</p>

<p>Also do the uc and csu really look at my sat essay ? my writing score is still a 600 and i got and 8 on my first sat essay?</p>

<p>Will this hurt my chances??</p>

<p>call them again. or cancel your scores, because you will do substantially worse on writing. unless, the colleges you’re applying to don’t care about writing, then go for it.
but call CB again.</p>

<p>But SAT essay rescores only check to see if the scores were correctly inputted. The essay itself will not be regraded.</p>
