<p>No midterms for me, I have “quarter assessments”. My school just got rid of the semester system this year, which is pretty much the stupidest thing that has ever happened in this town, I swear. Mostly because all of my teachers are pretty much still giving midterms - they’re just calling them something else. And they’re like 2 day tests instead of all in one nice long midterm period.</p>

<p>I had my midterms before jan 1st, about the same week when deadlines for apps were due. You haven’t experienced living hell until you’ve had to juggle getting perfect marks in 13 subjects at the same time with wrapping up 13 college apps. Good thing I’m not superstitious haha</p>
