I used the online system and my teachers submitted their recommendations online. Therefore, I don't understand what they meant by not receiving my teacher recommendations...

Does this mean that there was anything extra that I have to sent by mail? I'm really freaked out right now..someone, help.......

I used Penn application system instead of the Common App.

This has allowed me to fill in all the form online. For teacher recommendations, I simply entered my teachers' email addresses and the system sent a link to my teachers. Through this link, they filled in their forms online and submitted their recommendations this way as well.

However, on Thursday, I received an e-mail mesage from Penn saying that I have some materials missing. The missing material it claims, is the teacher rec. However, since my teachers sent their rec online, there doesn't exist the possibility of arriving late

I will call them on Monday, but for now, I'm quite freaked out!

Seems pretty clear that one of your teachers messed up the form in some way. Check back with both of them to make sure they did it right, and call the admissions office to see if they have more specific information on which forms they've received.
