<p>Hi there, Currently I am attending a junior college as a frosh(semester 1) and would love to transfer to the Penn State University Park main campus. However I've heard that they do not take transfers to the main campus unless you have completed 2 years. I really would like to get out of juco and into a 4 year college asap (for obvious reasons). If PSU really does not accept transfers until junior year, would it be possible to transfer to Colorado State until junior year when PSU would be able to accept me? Anything would help...thanks.</p>
<p>Your point that they do not accept transfers until junior year is incorrect. If you are transferring from another college. I know of two of my child’s friends that transferred to UoP after their freshman year elsewhere. You may be thinking of you need to be a junior to transfer from a PSU branch campus.</p>
