penn state or mcgill?

<p>in terms of reputation, which one is generally considered better? yeah, i know that mcgill is in montreal, but the fact that it's in another country isn't a factor to me. thanks!</p>

<p>I go to Penn State, so take this with a grain of salt. I definitely think that Penn State University Park has a better reputation, especially within the United States. Admittedly, I have not heard much about Mcgill.</p>

<p>I would assume McGill is consider more prestigious since it is not a large state school.</p>
