Penn State or University of Colorado @ Boulder for engineering?

Which has a more prestigious aerospace engineering program, PSU or CU @ Boulder? Was accepted to both.

Both are very good. The real question is: how much would each cost you
(tuition+R&b) - (scholarships+grants) =

I have made peace with the cost of education. The difference in cost between both school is not a determining factor. I am more interested in the academics, school spirit, etc’.

PSu’s academics are stronger and it’s more recruited and recognized. Boulder is arguably a nicer college town and has better weather.

“I have made peace with the cost of education” doesn’t mean anything though. You’re allowed $5,500 in loans, period. If your parents can’t pay it won’t help you… If they can, thank them very much for their hard work and willingness to invest in your future, since not all parents are.

Thanks for your post. My parents are very supportive of me, and I do thank them for the opportunity to study without being under financial duress.
