Penn State vs. Delaware. So Confused!

I was accepted into Penn State UP regular decision and I just got off the waitlist for Delaware. At both schools I was accepted into the business school. Conventional wisdom has told me to choose PSU. This is because they have a top notch business school with a good rep. and good job placement. Their business school is much better than Udel's but then I ask myself, "What if I choose not to do business? What if I decide on a different major after being in college?" For me this would be awful because I would always wonder what it would have been like if I went to Delaware.

I really enjoy Udel because I am very comfortable there. I have been there more times that I can count because my brother is a senior there. I really love the campus, their location and the people. Not to mention a very good male-female ration(I'm a guy). I definitely prefer Udel's social scene. I am not trying to say PSU is crappy in these fields, but I just liked these things better at Delaware.

But then on the other hand I love school spirit so PSU football would be unbelievable.

I am just very confused. PSU seems to have better academics, but Delaware is more safe territory for me and I enjoy their social scene better. But then on the other hand I do not want to feel like I am following in my brother's footsteps. I want to pave my own college experience.

I guess I can ask my guidance counselor, but I think it will ultimately come down to his opinion on which school he likes better.

Non-related to financial aid, any advice, suggestions, etc. would be great because time is running out to see if I should pick Udel.

Thanks.

Go for fit - sounds like Delaware to me. Delaware students have a lot of school spirit as well. I mean obviously Delaware was mad competitive this year if you got into PSU and WL'd @ Delaware.

Good luck! :)
