I got a person application in the mail yesterday.

No fee

no essay
It says:

Don't forget the benefit of using this application for Early Decision(which confirms Tulane as your first choice) or Early Action (which allows you to apply to other colleges)

does this mean it's binding? Tulane is definitely not my first choice and I already applied ED to NYU..

EA is not binding; it just allows you to know if you are accepted earlier than most schools. Letters are postmarked by December 15 for acceptance. You have until, I believe May 1, to make a decision. Of course all that doesn't really matter if you have not submitted your application; the ED and EA applications were due(postmarked) on November 15, which was last Tuesday.

You can still use the personal application for the no fee and no essay for regular decision. It's a great deal; what have you got to lose?
