Personal Items

I’m not exactly worried about it, but I was curious what kind of personal items cadets are allowed to keep in their rooms. For example, I play my bass and guitar pretty much every day (along with my drums, but I’m not expecting to be able to take those to any college). Would either of those be a no-no? What other kinds of things are cadets allowed/not allowed to have?

Apologies if this has already been covered.

you could keep the bass OR the guitar. No drums for a 4 dig.

i no ppl that have guitars an ppl that have saxophones and such, so it should be fine. i would recommend waiting for your 'rents to bring it tho

so like...if i were to bring my puppy, that wouldn't go over so well would it? lol...JK! ;)

Thanks for the quick responses. Where does stuff like this go? In a closet or just placed neatly in a corner somewhere?

well actually if it was a german sheperd then yea you could bring it...(only cause there the best dogs..PERIOD)haha

nope, it's a puggle. cutest (fattest) thing ever! and from what i have seen zach, it is in order in a corner...but thats something that one of our cadets can clarify for us

The stuffed animal that I can't sleep without??
I just figured it might be a maybe since he could bring a guitar... :)

you store it normally above your desk on the top shelf or in the closet or under the valet, wherever it fits.

and flying squirrels are not good to bring either. they lead to paper work in your file, a 50/50/y, and lots of anger and yelling

50/50/y? geez thats harsh.. all for a squirrel :)

for a live squirrel living in the room. yup. and for the two roomates for tolerating it cause they knew about it too

lol, I have class with one of the ones that owned it. She told us about it, sounded like a blast while they had it!

last name a, r, or k? i've had class with A and R, and i live right down the hall from them

lol a. The japanese prodigy child.

incredibly lost...but now that i'm thinking about squirrels...i want a monkey

I know one guy who had a hamster. He kept it in his trunk...until it decided to run on its (very squeaky) wheel during a SAMI...

i heard about a girl who kept a goldfish in one of her drawers..

Are there people that play instruments in groups/combos, or do they generally play by themselves?
