Hi everyone,

I am a senior in high school and am undecided about my future major. I applied to Mercer, UGA, GT, UIUC, and UNC chapel hill. Ive only hear back from Mercer and UGA but both of those schools were my backup. If i get into GT and UIUC then i planned on majoring in chemical engineering. But if i get accepted into UNC or end up going to UGA, i will most likely end up majoring in chemistry or biology and go to grad school for pharmacy. Im really confused on which school to attend. I will have taken 14 AP classes by the time i graduate. Ive taken most of the science classes offered at my high school, which is pretty limited because i attend a magnet school for international studies. My GPA's about a 4.6. I do well in science classes but i do struggle in math. I am taking calc ab right now and bc next semester with physics c online. Im one of the students who arent "natually smart" but i am motivated and work very hard. Is this effort enough to succeed in chemical engineering? Plus, if i do end up going to grad school, is it better to go to a not-so-stellar undergrad, save money, and go to a better grad school? Thanks in advance.
