physics SAT 2 for SEAS new requirement?

Is physics SAT 2 new requirement for 2012? I read in the recent other thread that someone got in without having that.

I also know someone else who got in 2011 without physics SAT 2.

Right now it says for engineering physics SAT is "strongly recommended". Does this mean you are at a great disadvantage if you apply without physics SAT?

Does chemistry SAT considered in place of physics SAT?

If physics SAT is a new requirement, would they be lenient this year?

Thanks

i thought that it was math ii and then either physics or chem, regardless physics is the easiest test anyway

it says following on Penn website, I am wondering if this is something new that got added for 2012:
Candidates to the School of Engineering and Applied Science are strongly encouraged to take both a Mathematics and Physics Subject Test.

Thanks
